The Leesburg Opera House -- Rental Fee Schedule:
$775 (add 7% sales tax) Friday, Saturday or Sunday*
$475 (add 7% sales tax) Monday through Thursday*
$500 security deposit to hold the date will be returned promptly
following your event less any damages above normal wear & tear.
*Includes
set up, oversight during the event, and clean up.
It is estimated that set up, oversight, and clean up for an event will
take 15 hours.
Events requiring extra time for setup, etc. will be charged $20/hr. for
all hours over the 15.
Any overages or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Events lasting past midnight must pay $75/hour in advance.
